1. Transparent Policy Framework

At Get India E-Visa, we maintain a transparent and structured refund policy designed to be exceptionally fair to our clients while accounting for the irreversible costs associated with government processing and our premium administrative labor.

2. Eligibility for Full Refunds

If you request a cancellation before our team has commenced the administrative review, document processing, or formatting stages of your application, you are entitled to a 100% full refund of all fees paid. We process these requests immediately to ensure maximum client satisfaction.

3. In-Progress Cancellations

If our specialists have already begun reviewing your application, communicating with you regarding missing documents, or structuring your profile—but the application has not yet been submitted to the government—we may issue a partial refund. This refund will deduct a reasonable administrative fee commensurate with the professional labor already expended.

4. Strictly Non-Refundable Government Fees

Once your application has been officially submitted to the Government of India portal, the government processing fee is completely non-refundable. The Indian authorities do not issue refunds under any circumstances, including application withdrawal or denial, and we are therefore unable to recover or refund this portion of your payment.

5. Visa Denials and Rejections

Our team ensures your application is structurally perfect before submission; however, we do not control immigration decisions. If the Government of India denies your visa for security, historical, or undisclosed reasons, our service fees remain non-refundable, as our professional assistance and submission services were fully rendered.

6. Processing of Approved Refunds

All eligible refunds will be initiated within 24 to 48 hours of approval. Depending on your financial institution and geographical location, please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your original payment method.
