Our premium service provides value-added administrative assistance, which includes meticulous application review, professional formatting of required documents, dedicated guided support, and intermediary submission services on your behalf. The final authority to grant or deny an India eVisa rests exclusively with the Government of India.

3. User Obligations and Accuracy of Information

As an applicant, you are solely responsible for providing information that is entirely accurate, current, and truthful. Any discrepancies, omissions, or falsified information may result in immediate application rejection, significant travel delays, or legal consequences imposed by immigration authorities.

Get India E-Visa assumes no liability for application rejections arising from incorrect information, invalid travel documents, or prior immigration violations committed by the applicant.

4. Processing Times and Travel Planning

While we pride ourselves on expedited processing and immediate administrative action, all quoted processing times are estimates based on historical averages. The Government of India may delay processing due to public holidays, systemic maintenance, or additional security reviews. We strongly advise against finalizing non-refundable travel arrangements until your eVisa has been officially granted.
